Converge AI is making a formal push into foodservice, positioning its AI-native workspace as an operating layer for multi-unit restaurant brands that need to coordinate marketing, unit-level operations, and guest engagement across dozens or hundreds of locations without proportionally scaling corporate headcount. The company used CREATE 2026, the Nation's Restaurant News foodservice conference at Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, to advance conversations with multi-unit operators about where integrated AI can deliver measurable lift in day-to-day execution.

The pitch addresses a well-documented friction point in restaurant technology adoption: operators are rarely short on tools, but disconnected systems create workflow gaps that lean central teams cannot bridge. Rather than adding another point solution, Converge AI's platform routes output from one product into a shared context layer accessible by the others — so campaign assets, performance data, and internal workflows inform one another rather than sitting in separate silos.

Four Products, One Context Layer

The platform's restaurant-relevant stack comprises four specialized products. Framia Pro handles full-cycle campaign production — short-form video, social content, in-store posters, ad creative, and menu visuals — with localization controls that let field and franchise teams adapt assets to individual markets while preserving brand standards. Enter Pro functions as a no-code internal tool builder, allowing operations directors and unit managers to surface unit-level data and convert institutional knowledge into repeatable workflows without engineering support. Concat Pro operates as a growth intelligence layer across creator partnerships, paid media, and SEO, learning from brand performance signals over time. Combos, the fourth product, converts brand IP and promotional moments into lightweight branded games operators can deploy without a game studio — extending limited-time offer campaigns into shareable interactive experiences.

Use cases the company identified in CREATE 2026 conversations include localizing marketing for new market entries, consolidating guest feedback from disparate channels, automating multilingual communications across front- and back-of-house teams, and streamlining franchisee onboarding.

Operators Over Tools

The competitive framing from Converge AI's leadership centers less on feature counts and more on depth of integration. "The competitive gap will no longer be defined by how many AI tools an organization uses, but by how deeply AI is integrated into its business processes, team collaboration, and day-to-day operations," said Oliver Zhang, founder and CEO of Converge AI. Zhang's comment echoes a shift visible across the broader restaurant technology landscape, where operators and vendors alike are moving past AI proof-of-concept pilots toward workflows embedded in daily opening and closing routines, labor scheduling, and digital ordering operations.

The multi-unit restaurant segment presents a particularly acute version of the stack-fragmentation problem. A brand operating 200 locations may run separate platforms for loyalty and CRM, POS reporting, social media scheduling, and franchisee communications, each generating data that rarely feeds back into the others in real time. A shared context layer — the architectural concept Converge AI is selling — is designed to close exactly that loop, letting campaign performance data influence the next LTO creative brief, or unit-level guest feedback surface automatically in an operations director's workflow without a manual export.

Converge AI did not disclose ARR figures, customer counts, or specific deployment timelines at CREATE 2026. The company says it is continuing follow-up conversations with restaurant industry partners and plans to add additional products to the platform in the near term.
