ATG, the global travel management group, has deployed Oversee's AI-powered reshopping platform to launch ATG Reshop — an automated post-booking price assurance service covering both air and hotel inventory for corporate travel clients.
The integration runs continuously in the background after a trip is confirmed, scanning for lower fares and rates and triggering automatic rebookings when savings become available. Travel agents require no additional workload and traveler itineraries remain intact, making the savings layer effectively invisible to end users.
How the Engine Works
Oversee's platform — which includes its FareSaver and HotelSaver modules — is GDS-agnostic and operates across more than 60 countries. The reshopping engine uses AI to monitor air and hotel prices between booking and check-in, a window in which rates can move significantly, particularly in today's volatile pricing environment. When a qualifying lower rate is detected and the rebooked itinerary remains policy-compliant, the system acts automatically without human intervention.
Tammy Krings, Founder and CEO of ATG, framed the deployment as central to the group's technology investment strategy following a period of rebranding and platform expansion. "Our corporate clients expect their travel program to work harder for them, capturing extra post-booking savings, staying aligned with policy, and doing it without disrupting the traveler experience," she said.
Aviel Siman-Tov, CEO and Co-founder of Oversee, positioned automated reshopping as an emerging baseline for competitive corporate travel programs. "Reshopping is becoming a baseline expectation for corporate travel programs, and our job is to make it effortless for the TMC to deliver," he said, adding that ATG's teams can remain focused on client service while the platform captures savings in the background.
Market Context
Oversee's platform is already trusted by more than 7,000 customers, including more than 50% of the BTN 100 — the benchmark index of the largest corporate travel buyers — and dozens of leading global travel management companies. That scale underscores the growing adoption of post-booking optimization as a distinct software category within the corporate travel tech stack, separate from traditional online booking tools and travel management platforms.
The ATG Reshop rollout begins in Germany, with additional markets to follow. The phased geographic approach is consistent with how enterprise TMCs typically scale new technology deployments across multinational client bases, balancing local airline and hotel inventory data requirements with global program governance.
For hospitality operators — particularly hotel chains and brands with significant corporate negotiated-rate exposure — the proliferation of AI-driven reshopping tools has direct implications for rate integrity and channel strategy. As more TMCs add automated rebooking capabilities, hotels face increased pressure on mid-booking rate adjustments and need to factor reshopping behavior into their revenue management systems and channel manager configurations.
The broader corporate travel technology segment continues to attract investment and product development, with AI-driven tools increasingly targeting inefficiencies that fall outside the initial booking moment — from post-booking savings to expense reconciliation and sourcing analytics.
