Restaurant technology company MenuSifu is positioning its integrated automation and delivery stack as the operational backbone for bubble tea and fast-casual brands scaling store counts in a brutally competitive segment — pointing to a 20% order volume lift for operators using its delivery integrations as evidence of commercial impact.
The New York-based company spent more than a decade building category-specific software before expanding into hardware. It developed point-of-sale and operations software purpose-built for bubble tea shops, then layered in an automated bubble tea preparation system and, later, an automated cooking platform that syncs directly with POS data to coordinate kitchen preparation in real time — a POS-to-kitchen integration the company says was the first of its kind introduced in the U.S. market.
