The Installations
JCM Global has completed three distinct large-format digital signage deployments at Resorts World Casino New York City, adding dynamic visual infrastructure across the property's main entrance zone, ceiling, and slot floor. The projects represent the latest phase of a multi-installation engagement that JCM is executing at the venue over the course of a year, following earlier DSS work in the hotel lobby and electronic table games area.
The centerpiece of the new work is a set of six column wraps using JCM's DSS Architectural panels, each measuring 24 feet wide by 14.5 feet high with a 1.8mm pixel pitch. The columns can fire content in unison, independently, or in any combination — giving operators granular control over how the entrance corridor feels at any given moment. Above those columns, a ceiling-mounted DSS Video Wall stretches nearly 12 feet wide by 51 feet long at a 1.9mm pixel pitch, enabling the property to layer crystal-clear video and imagery to shift the atmosphere throughout the day using an integrated controller.
The Slot-Floor Play
In the casino's Million Dollar Alley, JCM mounted a third video wall — more than 21 feet wide by 3.5 feet high — above a bank of slot machines. The display functions as a visual anchor on the gaming floor, letting the property spotlight new game titles, limited-time promotions, and other marketing messages without relying on static print signage. Combined, the three installations give Resorts World a fully programmable canvas across its highest-traffic zones.
The Resorts World engagement also includes JCM's recently completed deployment of CountR's TITA™ Table Game System across all 325 of the property's new table games — underscoring how large integrated resort operators are consolidating technology partnerships to streamline vendor management and reduce integration complexity.
Market Context
Digital signage and dynamic display technology have become a priority capital expenditure for casino resort operators seeking to reduce static production costs while improving promotional agility. The ability to update content instantly across an entire floor — without print lead times or labor-intensive changeovers — delivers a measurable operational advantage, particularly for properties running rotating promotions tied to gaming calendars. For hospitality technology vendors, large-scale gaming venues represent high-visibility proof-of-concept sites that translate directly into pipeline for hotel, resort, and entertainment complex clients.
JCM, which has roots in bill validation and transaction hardware dating to 1955, has been expanding its digital signage portfolio as casino and integrated resort operators invest in experiential technology upgrades. The Resorts World NYC installations position the company to pursue similar multi-phase contracts at other large gaming and hotel-technology deployments across North America.
