LAS VEGAS (June 9, 2026) – Class Cocktails & Vermuteria is now open, introducing a sophisticated new destination for cocktail enthusiasts seeking craftsmanship, conversation and timeless hospitality. Created by veteran bartender and partner Jozef Letasi, the intimate cocktail bar brings a refined approach to classic cocktails, premium ingredients and thoughtful guest experiences.
Designed to celebrate quality, connection and curiosity, Class takes its name from multiple inspirations: a classy cocktail experience, a place for learning and a gathering space for people who appreciate hospitality and craftsmanship. The concept aims to bring class back to cocktail culture by focusing on exceptional execution without pretension.
Born in Slovakia, Letasi has two decades of experience shaping cocktail culture in some of Las Vegas’ most distinguished hospitality destinations. Celebrated for his precision, purist and spirit-forward style rooted in classic techniques, his original cocktails have been featured in multiple national publications.
At Class, his background in environmental and mechanical engineering informs a thoughtful approach to ingredients, fully utilizing every element, minimizing waste, and avoiding environmentally harmful materials, without compromising flavor or presentation. Outside the bar, he draws inspiration from his time spent outdoors hiking, mountain biking, and cooking with fresh, whole ingredients.
After a recent journey to Turin, Italy, the birthplace of vermouth, he became certified from Esperienza Vermouth, further deepening his passion for heritage spirits. With Class, Letasi brings his vision to life by reviving forgotten classics, spotlighting under-appreciated spirits, and blending time-honored methods with modern innovation to create beverages that are thoughtful, timeless, and true to their origins.
"Class is the bar I always wanted to spend time in, a place where every detail matters, where classic cocktails are treated with respect, and where people can genuinely connect," said Letasi. "We built this from the ground up with intention, creating an experience that feels timeless, welcoming and centered on hospitality."
At the heart of Class is a beverage program dedicated to the art of the classic cocktail. Rather than chasing trends, the menu focuses on refining timeless recipes through precision, balance and premium ingredients. Featuring approximately 140 cocktails, the program prominently highlights vermouth, gin and whiskey, ranging from expertly executed classics to signature creations rooted in traditional cocktail culture. Every detail is thoughtfully considered, from glassware, ice and dilution, to garnishes that Letasi has foraged himself.
One of the venue’s defining features is its extensive vermouth program, inspired by Letasi’s time studying the spirit’s culture in Italy. To make the category more approachable, Class offers a unique vermouth bottle service complete with housemade olives, citrus peels, tonic and soda water, allowing guests to customize and explore. The bar also hosts daily “Vermouth Hour” from 4:44-5:55 p.m., featuring discounted vermouth-based cocktails, a nod to Italian tradition.
The 48-seat space itself reflects the same level of care and intention found behind the bar. Personally curated by Letasi, the design draws inspiration from fine art galleries, nature and timeless sophistication. Earthy tones create a calming atmosphere while local artwork by William Carr, hand-stitched, Belgian-imported wallpaper by Arte, hand-blown glassware and countless custom details contribute to a space that feels both elevated and deeply personal. Purposefully designed as a true social cocktail bar, Class features no televisions, gaming or smoking, encouraging guests to fully engage with the cocktails, atmosphere and one another. Every design element was selected with purpose, creating an environment that invites guests to slow down, settle in and savor the experience.
Located at 1118 S. Rainbow Blvd., Las Vegas, Nevada 89146, Class Cocktails & Vermuteria is open Wednesday through Monday from 4:44 p.m. to 1:11 a.m.
